Katie is a North Carolina native who is proud to call Western Carolina home. She graduated from NC State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and later earned her MBA from Liberty University. After college, she served as an officer in the United States Air Force, where she managed construction projects and developed the strategic, detail-oriented approach she now brings to real estate.
